Actress Rambha, who set the screen on fire in the 90s with her popular Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi films. She recently shared pictures of her family with her third born – a son – and they are adorable. Named Shivin, these pictures show Rambha being a caring mother to her little boy, who was born on September 23 this year 2018.
Writing about her son, Rambha said that she can’t believe how tiny humans can inspire.
“My shivin’s smile was as sweet as a summer strawberry and filled me with a sunshine I never knew existed in the world. His eyes are more brilliant than I could have dreamed they would be, his hands more delicate. He feels so light, looks so perfect and smells so divine. I am his protector for as long as I live and my love for my children will last for all time. [sic]”
The 40-year-old actress gave birth to her third child at Toronto’s Mount Sinai Hospital. Married to Toronto-based businessman Inthiran, Rambha has two daughters, Laanya (7) and Sasha (3). The actress has been away from the silver screen for a while now, having shifted to Toronto after her marriage. She shared the happy news of her pregnancy on Mother’s Day on Instagram this year.
Rambha, whose real name is Vijayalakshmi, burst into the silver screen when she was a teenager, starring in Malayalam film Sargam(1992). She went on to star in films such as Hitler (1997) with Chiranjeevi. Her last film in Malayalam titled Paayum Puli in 2007 got good reviews even though she was considered old to be doing glamorous roles.
She made her debut in Bollywood with Jallad (1995) and went on to star in several popular Hindi films including Jung, Judwaa, Bandhan, and Krodh. As of last year, she was the judge for two reality shows including ABCD-Anybody Can Dance for Zee Telugu and Kings of Comedy Juniors for Star Vijay.
