Bigg Boss Telugu 2 Final list of 16 Contestants

The most awaited Telugu reality show, Bigg Boss Telugu season 2 start date is announced, it is set to start from 10 June 2018. Bigg Boss Telugu Season 1 was hosted by Jr NTR which was one of the highest rated shows on Telugu Television history. After the huge success of season 1, the channel is coming with Bigg Boss Telugu season 2. Total 16 contestants will participate in the show and they will spend 100 days in the Bigg Boss house. 16 Contestants have been selected for Telugu Bigg Boss 2 and they will be locked inside the house of Bigg Boss for 100 days. There is no official information on Natural Star Nani’s reality show Bigg Boss 2 list to date. The sources close to the makers of Bigg Boss 2 have confirmed the following list of contestant.

1) Singer Geetha Madhuri :

The playback singer and dubbing artist who works primarily in South Indian Film Industry.

2) TV9 Anchor Deepthi:

An engineering graduate, Deepthi’s keen interest in TV media attracted her to TV9.

3) Actor Tanish :

Tanish made his Telugu debut with Prema Katha and was last seen in Nakshatram.


4) Actress Tejaswi Madiwada :

Tejaswi made her acting debut in 2013 with Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and became popular after starring in Ram Gopal Varma Ice Cream.

5) Actress Deepthi Sunaina :

Known for Kirrak Party, Deepthi Sunaina who recently made into Big Boss Season 2 is a 19-year-old YouTube and Instagram Star who made her claim for fame in popular application ‘Dubsmash’ which garnered a huge response from fans across India. She lives in Hyderabad, India where she is pursuing education in 2nd year Degree college.

6) Actor Samrat :

Samrat Reddy was in news headline when he was accused by his wife of breaking and entering into her house and also stealing valuables worth Rs 2 lakh.

7) Rationalist Babu Gogineni:

Humanist, rationalist, and human rights activist, who served as Executive Director of the International Humanist and Ethical Union. He became popular after appearing on numerous Telugu TV news channels and debates.

8) Kireeti Damaraju :

Kireeti Damaraju started his acting career with short films Ontiganta and was last seen in Chal Mohan Ranga.

9) Anchor Shyamala :

Shyamala carved a niche for herself without any support. The talented anchor has hosted many TV shows and has appeared in many supporting roles. Shyamala is an Indian film actress and Television presenter who works predominantly in Telugu film industry. She is popular in Telugu states as she is the host number of television shows. She is popular with the name Anchor Shyamala.

10) Roll Rida :

Rahul Kumar Velpula aka Roll Rida is a engineering graduate and has worked for Tech Mahindra. This Telugu rapper is setting a new type of music that was never experienced by the people of the Telugu states. Roll Rida is the stage name of singer Rahul Kumar, he is popular for his Rap/ Hip-Hop songs. Born In Hyderabad and better known by his stage name Roll Rida (pronounced /roʊl ˈraɪdə/,) a Telugu Rapper from Telangana.

11) Amit Tiwari :

Amit Tiwai is known for his work Tiyaan and Rising of Sarpanch. Amit Tiwari is mostly seen in negative roles and has been a part of many successful films. Amit Tiwari had a strong role in the Tamil movie Siruthai starring Karthi, Tamannaah in lead roles which was the remake of a successful Telugu film Vikramarkudu.

12) Kaushal Manda :

Small screen actor who plays supporting roles in serials. He made his debut in the TV show Evvani Chedanunchu and in the year 1982, he grabbed the National Best Child Artist award for this drama. He has appeared in various serials and TV commercials as well. He has endorsed famous brands like Linen Club. He is the CEO of The Looks productions.

13) Bhanu Sri :

Well known face for Telugu audiences. Bhanu Sri is an Indian Actress who is predominantly working in Telugu film industry. She is also called as Bhanu Tripathi. She made her debut in the movie “Iddari Madhya 18”.

14) RJ Ganesh:

15) Sanjana Anne:

Sanjana Anne is an Indian Model. She is a finalist in Miss India competition and winner of Miss Hyderabad 2016 Competition. She is the commoner entry contestant of India’s big reality show Bigg Boss Telugu Season 2. Sanjana Anne is the only common woman who is going to gain a fame from the most controversial show.

16) Nutan Naidu

Nutan Naidu is a social worker based out of Vishakapatnam. He is the 16th entrant and 3rd commoner entrant in Bigg Boss Telugu Season 2. He entered the Bigg Boss house by wearing a shirt embroidered his initials near the chest.

Human rights activist Babu Gogineni and starlet Deepthi Sunaina have confirmed that they would be contestants on the second season of the Telugu version of Bigg Boss. Hosted by natural star Nani, the show will go on air tonight.

Star Maa, which has been promoting Bigg Boss Telugu 2, has given enough hint on how its second season will be different from its first edition. But the TV channel has kept the details of its 16 contestants, who are set to enter the house of Nani-hosted show tonight. Despite rife speculations about the participants, no names were confirmed officially.

The rumour mongers had released a list of 16 possible contestants and the names of Babu Gogineni and Deepthi Sunaina were also mentioned in this rumoured list. Hours before they enter the house, the two took to Facebook and without mentioning the name of the show, they gave a clear hint that they will be among the inmates of the house.

Gogineni is a rationalist and human rights activist. He served as Executive Director of the International Humanist and Ethical Union (IHEU). He is the founder of South Asian Humanist Association and Indian Humanists. Gogineni is also the owner of Skillguru, a training organization and private business. Through his activism, he campaigns against established privilege and abuse of rights in the name of religion.

As for Deepthi Sunaina, she is quite a popular name in social media. Her acting and dancing talent often gets her trolled. However, this undeterred starlet prefers to wear her heart on her sleeve and do what she loves the most – dance and dubsmash videos. She is undoubtedly the cynosure of Telugu social media, according to the Times of India.
