Heena Panchal was born in a Gujarati family from Mumbai. She made her acting debut through Hindi film Hum Hai Teen Khurafaati in the year 2014. The same year, she also made her Marathi film debut through the film titled Manus Ek Mati. Since then, she has worked in some low budget Hindi films such as Miss Tanakpur Haazir Ho and Babuji Ek Ticket Bambai among others.
She has predominantly worked in Marathi films. She has also done item numbers in bilingual Tamil/Telugu film titled Yagavarayinum Naa Kaakka and Kannada film Lodde. She was recently seen in Marathi film Kay Zala Kalana and Perfume among others. She created a lot of headlines after she entered the Bigg Boss Marathi house as a wild card. She is also active on social media and has accumulated nearly 300k followers on Instagram.
