Kalley Heiligenthal Music Career:
Kalley went through “layers of surrender” as the 6th largest fire in California history climbed over a hill and into her neighborhood. During the 12 hours that passed as she waited to find out if her home would still stand, Kalley found herself releasing control of all she owned and met the opportunity to give God an offering.
With her song “Alabaster Heart,” Kalley calls us to trust God with all that we give Him, and believe that He knows what is on the other side of our surrender. “Alabaster Heart” is Kalley’s first single from her upcoming solo project Fault Lines.
Kalley Heiligenthal Daughter:
Kalley and Andrew Heiligenthal say their daughter, Olive Alayne, passed away on Dec. 14 2019 at the age of two. That evening, Kalley asked the church community to pray that her daughter would come back to life just as, Christians believe, people were raised from the dead by Jesus Christ. The effort was first reported by the Redding Record Searchlight.
The Bethel Church says it recently held its first-ever prayer service dedicated to a person’s resurrection.
The group’s pastor, Bill Johnson, explained in a video on Wednesday that resurrection is possible because “we have biblical precedent; Jesus raised the dead.”

“We are asking for bold, unified prayers from the global church to stand with us in belief that He will raise this little girl back to life,” Kalley wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of Olive running through a pile of leaves. “Her time here is not done, and it is our time to believe boldly, and with confidence wield what King Jesus paid for.”
Kalley has shared photos of her daughter daily with messages thanking people for their support and continuing to call for Olive to come back to life. Bethel Church said it has been hosting prayer and worship gatherings at the continued request of the Heiligenthals.
A GoFundMe page set up for the family will cover unknown expenses and any future expenses for Olive, according to the church statement.
