Halle Berry celebrated her birthday in true Barbie style! The actress marked her 57th birthday with a special outing, joined by her 15-year-old daughter Nahla, from her previous relationship with Gabriel Aubry, and her boyfriend Van Hunt. The trio headed to the World of Barbie exhibit in Santa Monica, California, for the occasion.
Sharing the fun on Instagram, Berry wrote, “My mini-me (who’s not so mini anymore) and my VanO took me to the World of Barbie for my B-day! I got to let my inner Barbie soar!!!! I love you guys … thank you! And… I highly recommend it.”
They totally embraced the theme, dressing up in their own unique ways that would surely make Margot Robbie’s Barbie and Ryan Gosling’s Ken proud. Berry rocked a pink slip dress with a feather neckline, bedazzled cowboy boots, and a heart-shaped rainbow purse.
Nahla, who’s grown quite tall, looked stunning in a pink floral mini dress with a corset bodice and open-toe heels, and she even sported a dyed red hairstyle. Hunt joined in on the fun, sporting a pink t-shirt and a matching teddy bear backpack, perfectly fitting the Barbie vibe.

This glimpse into Berry’s birthday bash also gives us a rare peek into her life as a mom. Besides Nahla, she’s also a mother to her 9-year-old son Maceo, whom she shares with her ex-husband Olivier Martinez.
Berry has always been protective of her children’s privacy, and in a 2019 interview with Today, she explained, “I’ve fought really hard to protect their privacy, and I just want them to have their life and have it be theirs.
I just don’t want to plaster them all over the internet. That just doesn’t feel right for me. They’re gonna do that soon enough. That’s gonna be their life when they grow up, and they will choose when that starts.”
